Over the weekend, Clear Creek hosted the prestigious Kemah Boardwalk Invitational which had 12 of the top 25 teams in the state competing together.  Congrats to Alejandra Lopez and Carter Crookston as they placed 3rd in Mixed Doubles and sealed the #1 seed heading into district.  Other special performances included Sydney Albro placing 10th in girls singles draw.

Gabriel Lopez and Griffin Baillargeon placed 12th in boys doubles.

The Varsity Girls Track Team competed at the Chargers Relays and had some great finishes.

 

Taking the Gold were First Place finishers Hannah Zajac in High Jump and Skiye Sparks in the Shot Put. Second Place finishers included Breanna Clark in the 800 Meter Run and the 400 Meter Run. Other events that scored included Kaylan Landry in the 400 Meter Run, Hannah Zajac in the 100 and 300 Meter Hurdles and the Long Jump, and Skiye Sparks in the Discus.

JV Girls Track Team competed at Clear Springs yesterday and had some great finishes.

 

Taking home the Gold or First Place in the Triple Jump was Melissa Lemon. Second place finishes included Ebuka Louis in the 200 Meter Dash and Anna Reeves in the Shot Put. Third place finishers included Favor Louis in the 100 and 200 Meter Dash, Abigail Sellars in the Shot Put, Emelie Forsen in the 300 Meter Hurdles, and Faith Townsend in the High Jump.
