It was a great and efficient weekend for Wildcats Debate. They competed in a swing tournaments which was 2 tournaments in one weekend.

Junior Meghan Lindquist placed 4th in Humorous Interpretation and 2nd in Dramatic Interpretation finishing her state qualifications in both events in the first half of the swing. Junior Jada Williams and Sophomore Anyia Jones-Shankle placed 4th in Duet Acting in both halves of the swing now they are only 1 state point away from their state qualification. Sophomore Kabir Bajaj was the tournament champion in the first half of the swing and placed 2nd in the second half of the swing. Jada Williams also placed 4th in Prose in the second half of the swing.

The Clear Creek Theatre Department is proud to announce that Fatinah Al-Hmoud, Alex Harrington, and William May qualified over the Thanksgiving break to go to The International Thespian Society National Festival  next summer with their group acting scene. Congratulations Wild Cats for making it to the national finals.
