2017 Graduation:Weather Contingency Plan

Weather Contingency Plan:

Please note that in the case of inclement weather, the graduation ceremony may be delayed until storms pass so that students can graduate together in one ceremony versus two indoor sessions. The school district relies on the forecast advice from area meteorologists. If an outdoor ceremony can be held within a reasonable time of the scheduled start, the district will notify families via text messaging and phone calls of a delay. However, if that is not possible, the ceremony will be held in two indoor sessions and will take place in the Clear Springs High School gymnasium.

Students whose last name start with A-K will graduate at 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

(Please arrive to campus by 3:30 p.m.)

Students whose last name start with L-Z will graduate 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

(Please arrive to campus by 6:00 p.m.)

Each graduate will be provided tickets for guests to attend the graduation ceremony in the Clear Springs gym.  Tickets will be color-coded to reflect either Session I or Session II.  Guests without tickets will be able to view the ceremony via broadcast in the Clear Springs High School Auditorium.

The district web site, www.ccisd.net, will have current graduation information in the Parent/Student link.  The Communication Hotline (281) 284-0027 will also be updated with the appropriate information.
