Ever since 12.7.03, we always think about former HiLife photographer Ray Hutchinson. This photo was taken by Kevin Bartram of the Galveston Daily News in 2004. We superimposed Ray Hutchinson’s photo on it for many occasions raising money for his scholarship that HiLifers began and then turned over to his family. Please remember all veteran’s and thank them for their service.
